Konopiště Resort in its concept offers 15 Maura houses. The MAURA House is represented in the first phase of construction by four finished homes.

Concept
The concept of Konopiště Resort is based on the personal approach of the developer, who carefully selected a team of professionals, the goal being to create a new generation of residential living. In addition to the villas and apartment house presented in the previous section, we offer 4 MAURA houses to buy, which will be completed in the first phase of the construction along with the KUNC apartment house and majestic villas (STEMPEL, EICHLER and SLÁDEČEK).

Location
Konopiště Resort is located in the beautiful countryside in the immediate vicinity of Jírovice village and Konopiště Chateau with its vast park. The resort is one kilometer away from a golf course, near Benešov and within reach of Prague. All the amenities including school, medical services, shopping and sports facilities are within 3 km of the Konopiště Resort. The gorgeous natural environment enables year round outdoor activities from walking, horseback riding, fishing, skiing and pheasant hunting to yachting at Slapy Reservoir.

Architecture
This project is the result of the cooperation of a carefully selected team of architects. Several generations of leading Czech architects were offered the opportunity to show their creativity and they exceeded expectations. Markéta Veselá is the key project architect who created the main look of the project based on a harmonious urban design. Her MAURA houses are intermediaries between apartments and elite villas. Marketa Vesela does not make compromises in terms of vision and quality of materials: ”The whole process of design is influenced by the charisma of the investor as well as by the understanding of space in relation to the character of the surroundings and the efforts of maintaining the original idea until the completion. We strongly stand behind our original spatial idea even though it tends to be difficult to realize owing to project negotiations, pressure from the subcontractors and the necessary use of cheap materials. Although the whole process is exhausting, it is still worth it. Each finished house has its own story."

FAMILY HOUSE MAURA
The assignment for the Maura houses was clear: to create high quality, comfortable living for families with children with an area limit of 300 m2 for the interior and around 1000 m2 for the garden. Although the Maura houses are a mid-range product in the Konopiště Resort, they would be regarded as a top product in many other residential projects. The mutual position of houses and villas guarantee that your neighbours will not interrupt your privacy.
