Currently, the demand for good construction companies totally surpasses the services offered in Prague and the retrogression of the construction trade amongst Czech companies conveys the main burden for surveyors and project managers when trying to complete a successful realization of a flat, office space or building. The majority of the problems that arise are due to poor preparation and coordination, as well as loss of control over the project and the erroneous transfer of information from the investor to the individual construction workers on site.
