As a SVOBODA & WILLIAMS rental client, individual or corporate, you get comprehensive assistance in scouring the Prague market for residential or commercial properties that fit your needs. You get access to our own database of more than 700 available residential and commercial properties and to the appropriate listings of other Prague real estate agencies. You get complete service from the initial search to the final turnover.
We do some or all of the following as needed for each rental client:
- Offer a large selection of residential and commercial properties in attractive Prague locations
- Create an optimum property offer specifically tailored to each client's needs
- Search also for properties listed by other Prague real estate agencies to find everything that matches our rental client's specifications
- Respond quickly in organizing property showings at convenient times for the rental client (evenings and weekends if needed)
- Advise on the rental procedures
- Provide and negotiate rental/lease contracts in both English and Czech
- Assemble the required documents (ownership title, business registers, copies of passports, other lease attachments)
- Organize the handover of the property and prepare an inventory of the contents and condition of the property
- Provide follow up assistance throughout the lease term with questions, landlord/tenant meetings, or other concerns
- Provide assistance with arranging the telephone lines, Internet, satellite
- Arrange for the transfer of the media (meters etc)
- Provide assistance at the end of the lease term, with extending or concluding the lease contract, accounting for and obtaining return of security deposits, and addressing any other outstanding issues
- Provide information for newcomers to Prague on schools, neighborhoods and other resources
- Prepare applications for, and secure, all needed residency permits and visas
