Our serviced apartments in Prague offer added space and privacy with the convenience and services of a hotel. Most of our serviced apartments are in renovated buildings steps from the most popular sites and venues in central Prague. Housekeeping, linen services, and amenities such as complimentary WiFi, TV/cable and fully equipped kitchen are standard.

Simple, secure on-line booking a serviced apartment

The short term serviced apartment bookings are facilitated through our Prague-Stay.com website. We use the 3D Secure on-line booking system. You simply complete the on-line booking form and submit it.

To book an apartment you will be required to pay a deposit – please see below.

We will send you a link that will connect you to our on-line reservation system, which accepts VISA and MasterCard International only. We use "3D Secure" technology, the most advanced security technology today, so that no one except the bank and the bank's contractors (Pay MUZO, VISA, MasterCard) can obtain your credit card details, not even Prague-Stay.com (SVOBODA & WILLIAMS s.r.o.), or the hotel or the accommodation provider.

To complete the booking you will be required to enter your credit card information and pay the deposit. If you decide not to use your credit card, please follow the instructions for direct bank transfer. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties and will be held in strict confidence.

Reservation fee – When booking an apartment, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to 1 night’s stay (for stays up to 5 nights), 2 night’s stay (for stays for 6 -10 nights), 3 night’s stay (for stays for 11 to 15 nights), and 7 night’s stay ( for stays up to 1 month) unless agreed otherwise. If you fail to cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date your deposit is non-refundable.

Full payment – The balance is settled upon check-in, unless agreed otherwise.

a) Credit Cards / Debit Cards Prague-Stay.com accepts VISA and Master Card International, American Express and Dinners Club International. Other types of credit cards are to be confirmed with Prague-Stay.com.

c) Cash – We accept EURO, USD and CZK. All currency conversions are done according to the National Bank exchange rate on the day of your arrival.

Rates - Apartment prices are posted in EURO per night. In some apartments the price can vary according to the number of persons staying. Apartments have a maximum capacity as shown on the website and may not be booked or used for greater numbers without our consent. Posted prices include all taxes and charges. Please note that credit card payments are processed in Czech currency (CZK). We utilize the CZK rate of the Czech National bank. The final price in EURO or your local currency may vary due to the currency rates used by your bank. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by differences in the currency rates.

Cancellation Policy – You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival and we will refund the deposit. If you cancel after this period we will retain your deposit as a cancellation penalty. If reservation payments are not settled within the agreed period, SVOBODA & WILLIAMS s.r.o. reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Period of stay - Check-in is at 14:00 and check out by 10:00 (unless agreed otherwise). If the apartment is ready before 14:00, it is possible to arrange an early check-in. Apartment keys are handed over to you on arrival upon completing the check-in procedures.

Housekeeping - Bed linen and towels are provided in all of our apartments. Housekeeping comes once a week for cleaning and changing linen and towels.

Pick-up at the airport – We also offer airport transfers at an additional cost. The breakdown of prices is as follows: up to 3 persons EUR 25; 4 persons EUR 30; 5-6 persons EUR 35, one way.

Telephone - We can lend you a cell phone during your visit at no additional charge. Our agent will arrange a pre-paid phone card and you will be required to pay only for the phone calls you make.

Internet - Our serviced apartments are equipped with ADSL or cable WIFI routers. For security reasons our WIFI signal is password protected. You will be given the password upon your arrival. If you have problems accessing our WIFI network, we will be able to help you only if your WIFI adapter is directly supported by WindowsXP, Vista or Mac OS X. However we are not responsible for lower quality Internet connections or reliability problems caused by the Internet provider. In case of Internet connection failure we will take all reasonable steps to secure the connection.

Building Rules – Please respect the rights of other tenants in the building and refrain from causing excess noise in the apartment and on building premises. According to the city ordinance quiet hours are 10pm – 6am. For security reasons and fire regulations, no more than six visitors will be allowed in an apartment at any time unless otherwise agreed.
