Lighthouse waterfront tower in Prague

Lighthouse Holdings has sold its 87.5% ownership interest in Lighthouse Vltava waterfront towers s to fund managed by Deka Immobilien GmbH. The transaction value is EUR 76.5 million.

The 23 000 sq. meters of office space was the first step of revitalizing the bank area of Holesovice, near the city center. It brought prominent tenants from the business community and provided boost to propel other development projects in the area. The Prague Marina is envisioned as luxurious apartment project, which will incorporate the already existing dockland buildings with new constructions, shopping areas and parks. This project is very similar to other riverbank revitalization schemes carried out in London and Hamburg.
