REAL ESTATE NEWS
New York Times Highlights Prague Real Estate.

Penthouse Apartment in Vinohrady.
The New York Times’ real estate section recently featured a luxury flat in Vinohrady. Vinohrady, whose name is derived from Královské Vinohrady, or Royal Vineyards, is an historic district that now resides in Prague 2, Prague 3 and Prague 10. It has some of the finest vistas in the city overlooking Havlíčkovy Sady, Prague's second-largest park, and the sweeping valley beyond.
The Times piece focuses on a penthouse apartment currently listed by Svoboda&Williams, and includes a photographic slide show. It goes on to give a general overview of the Prague real estate market. The article also provides basic information about how foreigners can purchase property and obtain a mortgage in the Czech Republic.
More information about the featured apartment may be found here.
