Boutique residential development Konopiště Resort

Svoboda & Williams became a sole agent for a “boutique” residential development KONOPIŠTĚ RESORT.

Resort Living Ltd., a Prague based development company introduced the KONOPIŠTĚ RESORT at a VIP Gala evening, which was held earlier this month at the premises of Pražská křižovatka in the presence of its owners, creators, authors, and over 250 VIP guests. Jan Kaplický, one of the authors, presented his design and said a few words to welcome the guests. The Atmosphere of the gala evening was inspired by the style of the Konopišiě Chateau, which was designed and used as a hunting lodge, and offered wild game including pheasant and deer in addition to typical Czech apple strudel with vanilla cream.
