Liliova 8 Wins Top Prize

Liliová 8 wins prestigious award for the Best Residential Development of 2008 from Construction and Investment Journal.

Despite worldwide financial troubles in the area of real estate and property development, it is refreshing to see the industry still honor the best in the field and not only that, but honor them in style. The 8th annual CiJ awards were held for a crowd of 450 people in the center of Prague in the well-known historical Slovansky Dum, complete with dinner, music, and entertainment. The dynamic jury made up of Mike De Mug of Ballymore Properties, Olga Humlova of Salans, Charles Lewis of EC Harris, Robert Martin of Europa Capital, Udo Schlosser of Eurohypo, and Angus Wade of King Sturge presented eight awards. The first award for Best Residential Development of 2008 was awarded to Liliová 8, a state of the art residential project, where history has blended together with modernity to create a habitat with fine examples of architectural beauty, grace, and contemporary luxury. Such examples of such total residential splendor are often a rarity in the city of Prague; the meticulous commitment shown by Liliová 8 to create a thoroughly perfect project was clearly and justly rewarded. Other awards were presented to Dr. Robert Neugroschel for Personality of the Year for 2008, VGP for Best Warehouse/Logistics Development, Red Group for Best CEE Hotel, and City Tower for Best Office Development.
