Office space in Prague
Upward growth in 2007
The Prague Research Forum announced that the second half of 2007 saw growth in new office space supply in Prague by 41,600m2 to a total of nearly 2.14 million m2 of office space available.
According to the PRF, most of the leased office space is in Prague 6, 4 and 1 and mainly firms operating in finance and services, manufacturing sector and banking and insurance were interested in leasing.
Among companies which traded the largest chunk of office space during this period were Castrol Lubricants
in Prague 4, Rockwell Automation in Kolbenova City in Prague 9 and OMV in Victoria Vysehrad in Prague 4.
Throughout Prague on average, the non-occupancy rate decreased to astonishing 5.25 percent.
