Introduction:
The Perlova office space is situated in a fascinating modern building - a former department store - in Prague’s Old Town, just 150 meters from Wenceslas Square. The former Neo classicist building was changed into a true pearl of modern architecture in the early 1930s, according to the vision of architects Milan Babuska and Frantisek Rehak, during this time the ARA department store located inside the building never had to close down. The department store (selling only clothes and fashion goods), which later changed its name to Perla (Czech for "pearl") in fact stayed open until 1970 and as a result, the building, which is now used as an office building, still features glass walls (former shop windows) on the first three floors. Another remarkable feature of the Perlova office building is its unique steel construction thanks to which the almost finished building survived a major fire in 1931. The impressive and elegant interior also boasts the spirit of modern architecture and design with its geometrical Art Deco features. Upon entering, notice the new designer reception area and modern lifts; when you arrive at the higher floors, notice the variety of quality office space that features plenty of natural light.

Perlova office space is conveniently located just 150 meters from Wenceslas Square and the boulevard of Na Prikope with its excellent shopping options, and is minutes from the historical building of the National Theater and the legendary Old Town Square. The metro station Mustek with 2 metro lines (A and B) is right below the building and guarantees fast and easy access to all areas of Prague. The ground floor of the Perlova office building is used by a branch of CSOB, one of the leading banks in the Czech republic. The peaceful Franciscan garden with its rich greenery and its Gothic dominant of the church of Our Lady of the Snows is just steps from the building, a true sanctuary in the heart of bustling Prague.
