REZIDENCE HERMITAGE

History
Residence Hermitage came into existence following the reconstruction of 2 properties dated from the year 1898, whereby, according to the plans of builder Frantisek Schlaffer, the construction of buildings for the graphics factory Unie began from the interior of a former housing block. These buildings were subsequently completed in 1900 upon the addition of a pair of touch-up studios, all of which was further amplified in 1905 and 1906 with the addition of a glazing hall. To this day, UNION print factory stands as an important piece of evidence of industrial architecture from the early 20th century.

Location
Residence Hermitage is located on Na Dekance street 1,a stone's throw from the beautiful Vysehrad cathedral.
