The aim was to create a designer house emphasizing style and the functionality of each detail. Even at first glance the attention is immediately drawn to the dynamic facade with rhythmical changes of the exterior materials that stand out, all the while successfully integrating within the original estate.

Apartments:
Apartments range in size from 40 to 150 m2 and can be interconnected upon the client's request. All of the apartments feature a balcony or a terrace; the ground floor apartments offer private front gardens. On the top floor of each building there are luxurious penthouses with roof terraces that provide panoramic views of Prague Castle and the city center.
