Apartments in Prague 3
Prague 3 is a relatively small district in Prague adjacent to Prague 2. When looking to buy an apartment the area of Žižkov is particularly interesting as it boasts the same type of art-nouveau buildings found in Prague 2. The selection of studio apartments and one-bedroom apartments varies between renovated and apartments before renovation. This area although very close to the city center is an interesting mixture of neighborhoods of different socio-demographic standard. There are currently several development projects for rejuvenation of this area. Aside from the existing selection of two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom apartments, primarily in reconstructed buildings there will be additional residential developments offering luxury apartments of four-bedrooms and more. Some of the newly developed projects boast additional amenities such as secure parking and recreational facilities on site.
